HOW WE WORK

In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!

Fill out the order form. Once the form has been submitted, it is assumed that you are sure to order. Bogus buyers will be blacklisted. 

We follow Payment First Policy for Pre-ordered items. We will send payment details. On hand items can be paid through COD. Settle your accounts on/before Wednesdays.

No cancellation of orders. Otherwise, you will be charged Php100 or thirty percent (30%) of your total purchases, whichever is higher. Any excess after will be returned.

Orders will be processed by batch. An email/text message/Facebook message will be sent containing your order details and batch number.

Orders are estimated to arrive 4 to 7 days after the confirmation. Weekends are not included. No rush orders. Please do not order if you are unable to wait.

Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 7 days due to unforeseen delays (e.g. shipment)

Orders can be claimed through meet-ups. Wednesday meet-ups will be at City Time Square, and Saturdays meet-ups will be announced via email/ text message/Facebook message.

Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
